Q. What are your Prices?

A. Please see our prices for a detailed list of our standard prices.

 

Q. Can I use a credit card to pay?

A. Yes. we can take payments by all major debit & credit cards either over the phone or via the website

Q. Are you qualified?

A. Yes, I am a fully qualified photographer with a Higher Natinal Diploma, as well as a Degree, 

Q. What should I wear?

A. It's best to avoid wearing bold colours and patterns when you have a photo session. Make sure your clothes are clean and pressed. And if you're not sure exactly what to wear, have several choices. Also it’s best not to wear green as we do use a green screen.

 

Q. Can I print from the disk of all images?

A. Yes. You can fully print from the Disk; you can also copy the disk as many times as you want so no need to buy a 2nd copy.

 

Q. Do I need a deposit to book a wedding?

A. Yes. A minimum of a £100 deposit is required at the time of booking, Deposits are non refundable and is taken off the final balance.

 

Q. Can I pay monthly?

A. Yes. Because we know how hard and stressful planning a wedding/Event is we have made it easy and stress free when you book with us, pay what you want, when you want as long as the balance is paid 2 weeks prior your wedding date*

*Pay monthly option is only available for weddings/Events

 

Q. Do you have any examples of your work?

A. Yes. We have examples in most of the areas we cover to see some examples please visit our portfolio page  or you can visit our Facebook page which is update more reguarly

 

Q. Can you send us some literature about your packages and prices?

A. We try to feature as much information as possible on our website. Package details and current prices are available online along with a vast selection of past work. But we can send you any required information you need.

 

Q. We like what we've seen so far online, can we meet up?
A. Of course, we prefer to meet couples in person. This way you can see my real work as opposed to pictures on screen. you can either come to us in our studio this way you can see all products available or we can come to you but we will bring just a small selection of products, so please let us know if there is somthing you wanted to see.

 

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, I am a full-time professional photographer fully covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurances

 

Q. Are we able to own a copy of the high resolution images?
A. Yes, the high res images are included in most packages as standard. They will be supplied on a PC compatible disk in a standard JPG format. You will be given full reproduction rights which will allow you to print or developing you own photographs and enlargements. The disk will be supplied upon completion of your package.

 

Q. Are we able to purchase additional prints / enlargements?
A. Yes, your photographs will be available securely online (great for friends and family) for approximately 12 months. The galleries features secure online ordering facilities and a range of print options.

 

Q. How many photographs do you take?
A. Now that's a tough question. It all depends on the amount of coverage, the venue, the weather, the amount of travelling between venues and photo opportunities available. As a rough guide, with a Silver package I present to you approx. 110 - 150 different photographs - with a Gold package, approx. 180 - 300 and with the Platinum and above packages, anywhere between 300 - 400 photographs.

 

Q. How long after our wedding will it take for us to receive our disk / Products?
A. Your Photo’s will usually be available approximately 14 days after your wedding date on an online secure gallery for you to view your images. Once you have approved your images online we the send them off to the lab for completion. You will then receive your Disk & Products ordered within 5– 6 Weeks after the date of approval. *During peak season; this time may vary, but not too much
